Your seat at the table

• Timely respond to vendor inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account information via emails or calls.


• Research and resolve vendor discrepancies related to invoices or payments using various systems.


• Draft and send clear, concise, and professional communication on behalf of the accounts payable team.


• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all vendor interactions.


• Provide first-line support to internal departments regarding invoice processing, payment inquiries, and general accounts payable procedures.


• Collaborate with other team members to address any barriers to successful invoice processing or payment.


• Work with vendors to secure refunds or reimbursements as needed.


• Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to improve efficiency.

What you bring to the table

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.


• Problem-solving mindset.


• In-depth knowledge of accounts payables principles.


• Time management and organizational skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.


• Associate’s degree in accounting or business preferred or comparable experience.


• One+ years accounts payable experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
