Front Desk Call Center Representative
Now Hiring: Call Center Representative – $18/hr | M–F 9am-5pm
Are you confident on the phone and great with people? We’re hiring a Call Center Representative to join our fast-growing, locally owned home improvement company! You would be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for customers entering the showroom as well as scheduling appointments over the phone.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday– Friday 9am-5pm. Full time, paid holidays, paid vacation
Pay: $18/hour PLUS BONUSES !!
Location: In office
About the Role:
Help maintain showroom flow during busy periods. & Book free in-home estimates for homeowners interested in bath and shower remodeling
Follow up with warm leads who haven’t scheduled yet
Use CRM and scheduling software to manage calls and appointments
What We’re Looking For:
Great phone presence and conversation skills
Strong typing, computer, and organizational abilities
Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software is a plus
Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
