Job Description:

This position will perform tasks that establish and maintain vendor/accounts payable records by entering invoice data and processing transactions including imaging. Serve as a liaison and provide customer service between various vendors and the University community.

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to operate a computer and be comfortable with data entry.
Two courses in high school accounting or a college entry level accounting course offered by college or six months experience in an accounting-related office environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with 10-key style data entry

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of inventory and purchasing systems preferred.
Knowledge of Lawson or Banner ERP systems.
