Position: Apartment Leasing Trainer

Location: The Monastery (Corporate Office) – Mt. Adams, Cincinnati, OH

Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm

Pay Rate: $24 - $26/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus incentives

*Note: This position requires travel, including occasional overnight stays to various communities and offices.

Who You Are:

• 1+ year of property management experience.
• Yardi software knowledge is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
• A valid driver's license, auto-insurance, and reliable vehicle for work use.
• Flexibility to travel as needed across our diverse portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide training and support for new hire Apartment Management and Yardi users, including backup training for other Towne Plus programs and community leasing support.
• Assess training needs and create/update training materials to effectively train groups and individuals.
• Create and maintain training schedules in accordance with changing business needs.
• Gather trainee feedback to assess understanding and adjust training methods as needed.
• Maintain training records and provide evaluations and feedback to trainees and management.
• Document required procedures for each community and pursue continuing education to enhance property management knowledge and training skills.
• Serve as the point of contact for Apartment Yardi and perform related support duties.
