We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH. This position plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, promotional events, and campaign strategies that enhance brand visibility and strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional campaigns and marketing projects.

• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and event materials.

• Monitor and analyze campaign results to ensure effectiveness and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders to meet objectives.

• Stay current on industry trends to contribute fresh ideas to ongoing initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or event coordination.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong presentation skills.
