Organic Lawn Care Technician

You are responsible for taking exceptional care of our clients and their yards by making applications correctly and noting the current lawn conditions. If you are driven, self-disciplined, independent, and motivated, and care about what you do, you will excel as a Good Nature Organic Lawn Care Technician.

**No experience is necessary. We will train you to be successful at this job!**

Expected Results First Year

• Complete Good Nature Internal Training
• Pass State Pesticide applicator's testing
• Apply the proper products correctly and efficiently
• Give your best effort!

Daily Job Duties

• Visit 15 - 25 client homes to apply products and note current conditions
• Identify grass types, weeds, lawn diseases, and much more (training provided)

Job requirements

• Valid Driver's license and insurance
• Minimal points on driving record
• Clean background (every situation is looked at differently)
• Ability to lift 50lbs and perform different physical aspects that the job may present
• Must have a diploma or GED
• Ability to work in all climates and weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.)
