We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and experienced Program Officer to join our Philanthropy team. This role involves working closely with our philanthropic partners to develop, manage, and evaluate programs that maximize social impact. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of philanthropy, program management, grantmaking. Your role will be to provide our clients with innovative, thoughtful, and high-impact solutions to their philanthropic challenges and ambitions.

This position is Tuesday-Friday and typically works from 36-40 hours/week! Even during the consulting period, you will still receive AMAZING benefits, sick time and 401K! This is truly a temporary to hire opportunity and we are seeking the right long term fit!

You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our team of consultants has the support they need to deliver top-notch solutions to our clients. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in facility service.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Providing administrative support to our team of consultants, ensuring they have the resources and information they need to perform their jobs effectively.
2. Managing schedules, coordinating meetings and conference calls, and handling travel arrangements.
3. Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
4. Maintaining an organized filing system for important company documents.
5. Assisting with the preparation of client proposals and presentations.
6. Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
7. Collaborating with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
8. Assisting with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a consulting or professional services firm.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
3. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented and able to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
9. Experience in facility service is a plus.
