Field Technician – Deliver High-Impact Service and Repair Solutions for Automotive Service Bays and Carwash Equipment! Job Overview

• Salary/Pay Rate: $30 to $42+ per hour (Based on experience) plus Performance Bonus.

• Location: West Chester, OH (100% Travel Required).

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

You will serve as a vital technical expert, traveling to diverse project sites to ensure the seamless operation of critical commercial and industrial systems. • Execute complex mechanical and electrical installations to meet rigorous industrial and government standards.

• Manage on-site project logistics independently to ensure all service calls are completed on schedule.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve real-time technical challenges to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with field operations teams to maintain safety protocols and high-quality workmanship.

• Document technical reports and project progress using company-provided digital tools.

• Maintain the integrity of company equipment and vehicles while representing our core values on-site.

• Proven background in construction with a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

• Absolute willingness to travel 100% of the time, including 4-5 days a week out of town.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Ability to work safe and smart while working at heights, around high-voltage, all seasons and weather, tight spaces, and ability to lift 60+lbs.

• Strong organizational and computer skills and the self-motivation to manage remote job sites.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal leadership.

• 7+ years of related work experience in industrial or commercial field service.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Prior experience working on prevailing wage or government-contracted projects.

• Familiarity with manufacturer-specific technical training or OSHA safety standards.
