Dispatcher Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Coordinate dispatch activities, updating schedules and communicating changes in real time.
• Plan and adjust routes to optimize timing, coverage, and service levels.
• Troubleshoot delivery/driver issues and escalate as needed to prevent service failures.
• Maintain compliance and safety expectations while monitoring daily performance metrics.
• Provide customer service support by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly.

Dispatcher Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills; comfortable coordinating with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn dispatch/transportation software quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management in a high-volume, fast-changing environment.
• Proven problem-solving ability and calm decision-making under pressure.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; able to work 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), Monday–Friday.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL 3 SHIFTS.
