Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

What you’ll be doing

1. Schedule bakery staff
2. Supervise the day-to-day operation of our bakery
3. Communicate with staff, co-workers and managers in a positive/consistent manner
4. Maintain open communication with bakery and retail staff
5. Train staff to produce quality baked goods
6. Monitor procedures for cleanliness and safety

Skills you’ll bring along

1. Previous bakery experience preferred
2. Strong customer service skills
3. Barista experience is a plus, but will train
4. Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
5. Team player

Job Type

1. Full-time position
2. Monday - Saturday needs to be available to work any shift between 5:30am and closing which can be as late as 9 on weekends
3. Must be available any shift & weekends as well as Holidays
4. No Sunday hours
5. On-the-job training provided
