Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage on-site construction and service teams to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.

· Project Oversight: Oversees site progression, providing support to Forman and crews.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, cleanliness, and quality standards at all job sites.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve on-site issues and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Feedback & Mentoring: Provide constructive feedback to crew members and work collaboratively to meet performance goals and deadlines.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to assess and fulfill project requirements.
• Training: Offer training and guidance on tools and equipment usage to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of site visits and escalate any critical issues to the Project Manager.
• Recommendation: Suggest additional skills training, equipment, and safety improvements for crews.
• Accountability: Hold Foremen accountable for adherence to processes and ensure project goals are met.
• Communication: Regularly check and respond to emails and other communications.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of electrical theory, the NFPA 70E and fire alarm.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Journeyman and Foreman with a strong track record of high performance.
• Multitasking Ability: Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for interaction with all levels of employees and stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with electronic devices and communication tools (tablet, phone, email, etc.).
• Team Player: A collaborative approach to achieving company goals.
