We're hiring an organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks and daily operations. If you're a self-starter with great multitasking skills and a knack for keeping things running smoothly — this role is for you.

What You'll Do:
- Provide administrative support to management and internal teams
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar management
- Handle email correspondence, data entry, and document preparation
- Conduct research and compile reports as requested by management
- Manage and organize digital files, records, and databases
- Assist with patient communication and follow-up as needed
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of virtual assistant or administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet dedicated workspace
- Healthcare or medical administrative experience is a plus
