Responsibilities

The Day-to-Day

As a Reach Truck Forklift Driver, you won't just be moving pallets; you’ll be the backbone of our inventory flow. Your main responsibilities will include:

High-Level Stacking: Safely placing and retrieving pallets from racking.

Inventory Precision: Using RF scanners to ensure every item is tracked accurately.

Narrow Aisle Navigation: Operating stand-up reach trucks in tight spaces with speed and safety.

Inbound/Outbound Support: Assisting with loading/unloading trailers as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 6 months of experience specifically operating a Reach Truck (stand-up experience preferred).

Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (or the ability to pass our in-house practical test).

Reliability: A track record of punctuality and a "team-first" attitude.

Physical Ability: Comfortable working in a warehouse and lifting up to 50 lbs. if required.

Safety First: Our warehouse maintains a strict "Safety Over Speed" policy. We provide all necessary PPE and conduct regular training to ensure you go home safe every day.

Shifts include:

1st- 5 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. ($20 per hour) Monday through Friday

2nd- 1:00 p.m until 9:30 p.m. ($21.50 per hour) Monday through Friday

3rd- 9:00 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. ($22.50 per hour) Monday through Friday

Weekend days- 5 a.m. until 5 p.m. ($23.00 per hour) Friday-Sunday

Weekend nights- 5 p.m. until 5 a.m. ($23.75 per hour) Friday-Sunday

The essential functions of this role include:
