Lead Software Architect - INTL Brazil

Job Description

Sherwin-Williams is looking for a Lead Software Architect to play a critical role in a large-scale enterprise integration program supporting Oracle ERP. This position sits within the Java and Azure engineering platform and will serve as a technical leader for a newly implemented ecosystem, guiding architectural decisions, building microservices-driven enhancements, and supporting a multi-year roadmap that includes migration to Oracle Cloud.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role with full ownership across the software development lifecycle. In the absence of a dedicated functional analyst, this individual will collaborate directly with business stakeholders-translating needs into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions while driving multiple initiatives forward in parallel.

Skills and Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills

Senior-level, hands-on experience in full-stack and backend application development

Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices-based architectures

Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized environments

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including:

Azure Service Bus (required)

Azure API Management (required)
