Manufacturing Machine Operator

Machine Operator $19-20/hr starting pay

Higher pay available based on relevant experience. Eligible for $3/hr increase after 3 months! $1500 sign on bonus!!

Job Description

We are looking for machine operators to operate and help maintain machines in a production environment. Candidates will have opportunity to learn troubleshooting, quality control, and forklift! This positions runs on a 2-2-3 schedule. Day shift: 6am-6pm. Night shift 6pm-6am.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee machinery
• Learn and perform basic troubleshooting on the machines
• Shut down machines when necessary
• Train on forklift operation (no prior experience needed)

• Experience in machine operation
• Ability to handle and operate machinery safely
• Basic troubleshooting skills

• Experience with forklifts
• Knowledge of mechanical production
• Material handling and assembly skills
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Experience in general labor, machine operating, packaging, and production
• Experience in plastic manufacturing

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr.
