General Information

• Mentor, OH
• $19-$24/hour based on previous experience.
• 2 nd shift 3p 11pm, Monday Saturday
• 3 rd shift 11pm 7 am, Sunday - Friday
• Temp to Hire opportunity with the company.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Install the tooling for setup.
• Ensure tooling is put in the proper place per the setup sheets.
• Adjust the machine to make good pieces.
• Have QC check the parts to ensure the setup is making good pieces.
• Load machine
• Tumble parts for burrs and eliminating chips.
• Adjust machine as required to keep parts in tolerance.
• Change tooling as needed.
• Maintain the machine in good working order.
• Take finished skids to QC.

Skills/Qualifications

• Must have previous metal cutting or machining setup experience.
• Able to read blueprints and standard measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, pitch micrometers, hardness testers, thread gages, comparators, and other gages as needed).
• Must be able to stand duration of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have own tools.
• Will be subject to pre-employment screening.
