Direct Support Professional (DSP) – 2nd Shift/3rd Shift (Full-Time or Part-Time)

$18.00/hour | Paid Training | Flexible Scheduling.

No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do:

As a DSP, you will:

• Support individuals with daily living skills and personal goals.
• Assist with leisure activities, community inclusion, and independence-building.
• Encourage choice-making, relationship building, and self-direction.
• Help with meals, personal hygiene, and household routines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment.
• Communicate and document important updates for the team (managers, nursing, admin).
• Support individual service plans and goals in partnership with coworkers.
• Transport individuals using a company van.
• Participate in ongoing staff training and development.
• 3rd Shift is an AWAKE position.

Requirements:

• Must be 18+.
• No experience required.
• High school diploma/GED preferred (not required).
• Valid driver’s license with less than 6 points.
• Must pass:
  • Background check (paid by RCI).
  • Company physical (paid by RCI).
