Responsibilities:
Proficient in identifying and using:
Basic equipment and tools including blowers, weed eater, shears, leaf rake & wheel barrow
Fuel types including 2 Cycle, regular & diesel
PPE
Proficient in the followingSpring Cleanups including debris/property cleanup, edging, mulching & pruning/trimming
Fall Cleanups including leaf blowing, raking, and pickup & pruning
Mulching using tools and hands and protecting plants
Mowing in straight lines on flat terrain for residential and commercial properties
Edging
Pruning/Trimming
Ability to identify chemicals
Prepare truck/trailer with equipment and materials per work order
Education/Experience/Requirements:
1 – 3 years of landscape maintenance experience
Plant ID/Care Certification/Training (preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
Bending, sitting, standing, walking for up to 12 hours per shift during peak season
Lift, pull, push 50 pounds
Navigate diverse terrain
Work in all seasons and weather conditions
