Join our team as a **Processing Operator** and play a critical role in transforming premium semolina into the pasta products families enjoy every day. ## What You'll Do As a Processing Operator, you'll oversee key stages of the pasta-making process, ensuring product quality, food safety, and efficient production. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor automated processing equipment used in pasta production * Set up and install dies to produce various pasta shapes and sizes * Monitor mixing, extrusion, cutting, and drying processes * Load and unload raw materials, including semolina and ingredients * Make process adjustments to maintain product specifications and quality standards * Perform routine equipment inspections and minor troubleshooting * Complete production records and process documentation accurately * Work closely with Quality, Packaging, and Maintenance teams to maximize production efficiency * Follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements * Assist with product changeovers and equipment cleaning activities ## Why Join Us?
