Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support in the Accounting Department including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying. Assist Title Clerk with processing titles and related tasks. Assist Accounting Office Manager with errands and other tasks as assigned.

Document Management: Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems accurately and efficiently.

Data Entry: Input data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and other applicable software.

Customer Assistance: Answer phones promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.

Communication: Draft, review, and send out documentation and correspondence when needed.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience with title work is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Organizational Ability: Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills.

Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment like printers and scanners.

Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Problem-Solving: Ability to address office-related issues and resolve them promptly.

Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to maintaining office efficiency.

Adaptability: Willingness to take on various tasks and adjust to changing priorities.

Must have a valid Driver's License.
