Product Owner/BA, Supply Chain

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team to support our client’s digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives at the intersection of business operations and technology. You should have experience working with SAP, Power BI, and supply chain/logistics processes, ideally within an e-commerce or consumer goods environment. You’ll play a key role in defining and delivering product capabilities that improve efficiency, transparency, and operational performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Reporting to our Resource Manager, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team, you will work from our office 2-3 days a week in Cleveland, OH. As the Product Owner, you will own the vision and roadmap for supply chain and logistics systems, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and analysts to deliver high-impact solutions. You will translate business needs into actionable features, prioritize work based on value, and ensure continuous improvement of systems like SAP and Power BI. Your contributions will directly support scalability, fulfillment accuracy, and data-driven decision-making across the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a supply chain or logistics-focused organization.


• Experience with SAP (especially supply chain/logistics modules) and working knowledge of Power BI.


• Background in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods strongly preferred.


• Proven ability to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and manage product backlogs.


• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for supply chain and logistics systems.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, define features, and translate them into user stories and functional requirements.


• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize business value.


• Partner with development, QA, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality solutions.


• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups as part of the agile process.


• Use Power BI to validate business impact and support performance tracking.


• Ensure product solutions integrate seamlessly with platforms like SAP and other internal systems.


• Champion continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain operations.
