Quality Control Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Third Shift ( Sunday through Saturday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm )

• Manage and maintain customer accounts, shipment records, and service information.
• Track shipments, create and process invoices, and resolve customer billing or tracking issues.
• Use systems and databases to run and summarize operational reports and support quoting processes.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and promote a safe work environment.

Quality Control Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or customer service strongly preferred. Proficiency in data entry, invoice processing, and report generation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and resolve issues.
• Must pass standard background and drug screening.
