What Youll Be Doing:

Perform expert-level measuring, installation, and repair of windows and doors
Work with siding, roofing, and gutters as neededwindows and doors are the priority
Take full ownership of your workfrom site prep to final walk-through
Communicate clearly with homeowners and project managers
Document your work using Company Cam
Help identify and resolve field issues before they become problems
Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and your crew

What You Bring:

3+ years of hands-on experience specifically in window and door installation
Accurate measuring skills and the ability to ensure a perfect fitno guesswork
Problem-solver mindset with a focus on doing things right, not rushing the job
Good communicatorrespectful, clear, and team-oriented
Comfortable using field tech tools (or willing to learn quickly)
Physically fitable to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
