ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Law Firm of Stultz & Stephan, Ltd. is hiring a full-time administrative specialist with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail. No prior legal experience is required. We offer a flexible work environment with a team focused approach. This position will include general office assistant functions, with the possibility to increased responsibilities. Strong computer and communication skills are a must. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking for a solid, growth-oriented company that values its team members.
Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and other formal documents, answer inbound telephone calls, data entry, and perform all other office tasks as necessary.
Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields, ability to prioritize and multitask, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills.
