Account Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of leadership, communication, and technical sales skills to effectively manage accounts and develop business opportunities within the technology sector.
Responsibilities include
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Utilize Salesforce to track account activities, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to potential clients, showcasing technical features and benefits.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts that align with company goals while meeting client expectations.
- Monitor market trends to identify potential areas for business development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of IT sales experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency CRM software for managing client relationships and sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and technical sales, with a solid understanding of market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
