Job Summary:

As the Manager, Senior Inpatient Rehabilitation, you provide leadership for the patient care area.

In this role, you plan and direct daily operations to coordinate organization, hospital, and unit goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education:Bachelor's degree (BSN) in Nursing

• Skills:Must be able to move about hospital and between workstations; and prolonged periods ofstanding. Must be able to understand directions, communicate, and respond to inquiries; requireseffective interpersonal skills. Must be able to work in an office and/or patient care areas, mayrequire extended hoursand/or weekends to meet commitments and deadlines. Requiresmoderate physical effort and may be exposed to infectious diseases, blood, and other bodilyfluids.

• Years of Experience:3-5 years' experience in patient care area.

• License:must have a valid nursing license in the state of practice
