As a Retail Associate , you'll play an essential role in creating an inviting and efficient shopping experience. You'll support smooth store operations, work collaboratively with a passionate team, and directly contribute to our mission of improving lives through the power of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
- Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting shoppers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment to enhance the shopping experience.
Sales & Goal Achievement
- Support the team in meeting and exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Actively participate in promoting store promotions and initiatives.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with teammates to overcome challenges and share best practices.
- Participate in team meetings, offering ideas and insights to improve store performance.
Store Operations
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and conduct inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment that aligns with company standards.
Problem Solving
- Adapt to changing business needs, multitask effectively, and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required - we'll provide the training!
