Marlboro Manufacturing, a leader in sheet metal hinge manufacturing, is currently hiring for a day shift production supervisor. Marlboro Manufacturing is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and is looking for a motivated and experienced supervisor to help maintain our high standards. This individual will oversee a small department of approximately 8 people, ensuring the department is efficient and all production goals are met. This Individual will also ensure department compliance with all company policies and standards.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train and mentor team members to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Manage and oversee daily operations, including scheduling, task delegations and performance tracking.
- Participate in the hiring process and provide feedback on candidate suitability.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- This individual will report to the Plant Manager.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in sheet metal stamping supervision.
- Proven ability to maintain on time deliveries.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Basic computer skills including Outlook email, Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Must have experience with sheet metal stamping equipment and operations including piercing and forming.
