Primary Responsibilities * Engage with inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text, and CRM. * Deliver clear, professional, and engaging communication to convert leads into opportunities. * Support the sales team with appointment setting and pipeline management. * Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate CRM reporting and activity tracking.
