As a Practice Administrator, you play a vital role in our mission to improve lives. Provide direct, business operations support to our medical director, site physician partners and employees.
The Opportunity:
- Act as the operational administrator for the site Vituity leadership and as the interface for the practice to the hospital and community
- Act as the front-line liaison for the provider team with hospital Adminstration, nursing leadership and staff
- Provide executive support to the site medical director and site management to meet contract expectations.
- Provide support for all site financials to include, but not limited to, contract stipends, expense reimbursements and payroll.
- Act as the super user for all Vituity software applications and as a point person for hospital software and hardware systems.

Requirements Include
- Two to three years of experience in an office or healthcare setting required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field strongly preferred
- Experience working in the healthcare field is preferred
- Ability to be self-directed, motivated and sensitive to deadlines
