Responsibilities:
Recruit and interview candidates
Build strong relationships in the community
Match qualified applicants with open positions
Help develop strong, reliable teams
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and organized
Must work in person Columbus, OH and meet applicants in surrounding areas
