NEMT Driver

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a wheelchair lift-equipped van to transport passengers to and from medical appointments and other destinations
- Assist passengers as they enter and exit the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey
- Deliver courteous, professional, and timely transportation service at all times
- Utilize GPS technology to plan efficient routes and ensure prompt arrivals
- Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and perform daily maintenance checks
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the company’s high standards of service
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 23 years
- Valid driver's license with at least 5 years of driving experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and write proficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience, with weekly pay and paid vacation included. Support is provided for obtaining necessary credentials and certifications for this role.
