Acloche is seeking driven candidates for a great long term career opportunity.

SUMMARY:
Hand solder and repair printed circuit boards to meet IPC specifications and assure quality standards and meet customer demands. Assemble products until they are completed to acceptable test procedures and routing operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Use hand soldering techniques on machine outputs to finalize product assembly & repair bridges.
• Perform mechanical assembly, clipping and cleaning.
• Use specifications and documentation to prepare and assemble quality products.
• De-panel printed circuit boards. Other duties as assigned.

HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS:
• Soldering work experience required
• Good work tenure, no job hopping
• Attendance minded
• Use specifications and documentation to prepare and assemble quality products
• Attention to detail is a must to visually inspect small items for accuracy
• Able to handle small parts with manual dexterity and basic computer skills
• Lift up 25 lbs.
• Basic communication skills; understand/comprehend instructions in English

Hours: 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 5am to 1pm
Pay rate: $16 to $17 based on experience
