• Execute setup and operation of ACME/Davenport screw machines for high-grade metal parts

• Oversee materials entry, tool switching, and minor machine repairs with accuracy

• Interpret technical diagrams and ensure parts meet specifications with precision tools

• Consistently monitor machine functions for accuracy and quality assurance

• Tackle and resolve equipment and accuracy challenges promptly

• Keep a meticulous record of production and quality results

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace, working closely with support teams

• 2+ years of ACME/Davenport machine operation experience

• Deep familiarity with multi-spindle operations

• Excellent mechanical and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficient in technical reading and precision tool utilization

• Able to autonomously manage tasks

• High school diploma/GED required, further technical courses advantageous
