Position: Production Manager for Heavy Fabrication and OEM (PDM)

· Industrial Contracting

· Structural Fabrications (AISC Accredited)

· Pressure Fabrications (ASME BVPC U, UM, R stamps)/Pipe B31.3, B31.8, API 1104/Mechanical Fabrications)

· Original Equipment Manufacturing

· Professional Engineering Services

Job Duties:

1. Oversee day to day operations of ASME and AISC facility. Report directly to Company Operations Manager

2. Ensure compliance with the Company Safety Program, enforce as needed.

3. Own Company quality objectives and strive for Company products to exceed standards.

4. Coordinate daily with department heads (Drafting, Processing, Welding Pressure Vessels, Welding Pressure Piping, Welding Structural, Coating, Assembly, Electrical, Shipping) to facilitate project milestone compliance.

5. Work with Customer's representative as needed to ensure complete Customer Satisfaction

Technical Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business or engineering, or minimal CWI certificate

2. Minimal 5 years management experience in heavy industrial fabrication, with heavy emphasis in welding processes and quality control.

3. Proven leadership skills

Pay: Depending on experience: $100,000-$125,000 salary plus profit sharing

Work Schedule: 50 hr./week, depending on workload, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday as needed)

Travel Requirements: Occasional job site visit(s) to meet with Customer's representative.
