Sharpcontra is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our growing communications team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing responsive and effective support via phone. You will assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while upholding company standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information regarding services, billing, appointments, and general inquiries

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

• Meet daily call volume targets and customer satisfaction goals

• Remain informed of updates to company services, procedures, and client accounts

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or related field is a plus

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure

• Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications

• Professional demeanor, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
