Corporate Technologies Group (CTG) is looking for a goal-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales organization. The Business Development Representative will focus on increasing relationships with pre-existing customers, ensuring CTG is serving and supporting them to the fullest capability. Their job will be to offer products and IT solutions to help our small and medium-sized business clients reach their goals and adapt in this ever-changing environment.
This is a great opportunity to learn and gain industry experience in the technology world. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, great at building relationships and looking to grow their sales career.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify sales leads and opportunities within the existing company client base.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly KPI's & quotas.
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Develop and deliver presentations of company products and services to potential clients
- Develop sales proposals and perform all quoting activities
- Negotiate and close opportunities with potential clients
- Prepare and present sales contracts
- Develop and maintain great client relationships
Successful candidates will have:
- 1+ years' sales or retail experience (understanding of technology industry preferred, but willing to train).
- Ability to quickly establish and build relationships with customers.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Demonstrated level of success in cultivating, developing, and managing customer relationships.
- Associates degree or higher
- 1-3 years’ Managed Services, Telecom, Data, or Technical business solutions sales or account management experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
