Duration: Temp to Perm
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities 1. Open, separate, and organize incoming mail. 2. Prepare physical documents for scanning (removing staples, smoothing pages). 3. Operate high-speed scanning equipment and perform basic digital quality checks. 4. Lift and move storage boxes weighing anywhere from 10 to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Basic computer and typing skills.
3. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during an 8-hour shift.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
