About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Technician to support our growing technical infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with foundational IT experience who’s ready to deepen their skills in enterprise systems, user support, and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for IT systems, including desktops, servers, and network devices
• Assist with ERP system administration (SyteLine, Acumatica, or similar)
• Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft RDS environments
• Support Office 365 tenant management, including user provisioning, licensing, and security policies
• Monitor system performance and assist with patching, backups, and updates
• Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth technical workflows
• Website Administration

• General Schedule of 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday with some changes due to business need.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of IT support or system administration experience
• Exposure to ERP platforms and understanding of business workflows
• Familiarity with RDS server setup and maintenance
• Experience managing Office 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
• Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Website Administration

Physical Demands

• Occasional lifting to 50 lbs, and mobility throughout a manufacturing facility.
• Overtime hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
