• Are you comfortable working around acids and plating chemicals while wearing PPE at all times?
• Can you follow detailed methods and keep meticulous records?

If so, here’s how you’ll contribute:

• Execute cleaning and plating operations that protect and enhance metal parts.
• Handle and mix chemicals safely with proper PPE 100% of the time.
• Follow step-by-step procedures and document per methods (e.g., WEPM6001, WEPM8006).
• Run titrations; maintain correct bath chemistry and temperatures; monitor tank health.
• Load parts into baskets/racks; move them through chemical and rinse solutions.
• Dry and inspect parts; identify nonconformances and perform rework.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and clean tanks as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet quality and efficiency targets.
• Report chemical reorder points and urgent issues to your supervisor promptly.
• Keep your area clean and organized; arrive on time and ready for every shift.

• Knowledge of safe chemical handling practices.

• Physical ability to lift, push, and carry materials.
