The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Maintenance Technician is a valuable, essential part of the organization. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for making routine repairs and assists in keeping the agency's buildings and grounds in safe and clean repair in order to provide a safe living and working environment for clients and staff. As a NewPath Maintenance Technician, you may frequently work outdoors in all weather conditions.

This is a full-time position that will rotate between our campuses.

What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain, service, and repair all buildings and equipment including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance repairs.
- Applying preventative measures to the buildings to reduce the risk of future problems.
- Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
- Basic carpentry to include any repairs and replacements, patching, painting, and caulking.
- Perform grounds-keeping tasks such as; grass cutting, snow removal, and landscaping.
- Perform interior and exterior janitorial duties.
- Perform daily housekeeping functions by routinely cleaning and sanitizing designated areas.
- Review work order priorities on a daily basis.
- Rearrange and assist with moving furniture and equipment.
- Respond to emergency cleaning needs using universal safety precautions.
- Follow safe work practices and observe safety precautions.
What You Bring To The Table
- High school diploma or/GED with at least 3 years of full-time related experience.
- Vocational or Technical Education in a related field is strongly preferred.
- Be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance with no DUI/OVI violations and no more than 5 points on your MVR.
- A clean criminal background check.
