Sales Manager
Spot On Roofing:
Spot On Roofing is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale our residential sales team.
This role is for a proven leader who understands how to drive performance, coach producers, and build a culture of accountability. You will not be managing from behind a desk. You will be in the field, in the numbers, and in the development of your team.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Recruiting and hiring high-potential sales representatives.
- Training and onboarding new team members.
- Coaching reps in the field to improve closing rates and production.
- Setting performance expectations and holding the team accountable.
- Driving revenue growth and hitting team targets.
- Building a culture of professionalism, urgency, and integrity.
What We Are Looking For:
- Prior sales leadership experience preferred.
- Strong personal sales background.
- Ability to train and develop others.
- Data-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
- High standards and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
