Located in Seville, OH Salary: $16 /hr Now Hiring: Laborer - Sorter (Seville, OH) Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a team that values hard work, reliability, and a great work-life balance? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our crew as a Laborer - Sorter in Seville, Ohio!Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Location: Seville, OH
Pay: $16/hr with opportunities for growth Job Summary: Sorter Laborers work as quality control line workers by hand sorting recyclable materials and trash from the recycling stream. Sorters are responsible for ensuring unacceptable materials are removed from recycling so that recyclable materials are acceptable for sale to mills or brokers. Sorter Laborers may be exposed to unpleasant odors, sights, and weather elements. What You'll Be Doing:
- Sorting and organizing recycling and trash in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Working as part of a team to meet daily goals
- Performing light physical labor with attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual individuals
- Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- No prior experience required - we'll train you!
- Steady hours and weekends off
