Landscape / Hardscape Construction Foreman

Green Impressions, a premier landscaping company in Sheffield Village, OH, is hiring a skilled Landscape & Hardscape Installation Foreman to manage crews and oversee high-quality projects. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a crew of 2-3 employees to complete landscape and hardscape installations
- Ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project completion
- Operate mini excavators, skid steers, ditch witches, and other equipment
- Read and execute blueprints for landscape and construction projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors
- Drive trucks with trailers safely to and from job sites
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in landscape and/or hardscape installation or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid and clean driver’s license (Class A CDL preferred but not required)
- Strong skills in communication and job planning
- Familiarity with construction practices, electricity, plumbing, and piping (preferred)
- Ability to identify plant materials (preferred)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (Excluding Marijuana)
