Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and personable Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential in ensuring that our front desk operates smoothly and efficiently, acting as a welcoming face for all visitors and a key communicator for the team. As the Office Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, offering the highest levels of support to our staff and clients alike. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors upon their arrival in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Manage the scheduling of meetings and appointments for staff members as required.
• Maintain an organized and tidy reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in the preparation and management of office documents, including filing, copying, and scanning.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in related administrative roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude.
