IMMEDIATE HIRING - Yard Loader - $20-21.50/hr.2nd and 3rd shift Openings!

Job Description

As a Yard Loader, you will be responsible for transporting finished materials from the production lines to inventory in the yard. This role requires working outdoors 90% of the time, operating a forklift. You will also be expected to cross-train in the production area to fill in for associates who may call off.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished materials from production lines to inventory in the yard.
• Operate a forklift outdoors.
• Cross-train in the production area to cover for absent associates.
• Load and unload materials efficiently.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of forklift experience.
• At least 1 year of outdoor work experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months of production experience is a plus.
• 6 months of machine operation experience is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment is primarily outdoors, requiring work in all weather conditions. The indoor environment is not climate-controlled and may become cramped with scrap material.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of London, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $21.50/hr.
