Engineering Manager

Job Title: Engineering Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager who is skilled in managing schedules, communicating effectively with the production team, verifying design requirements, and understanding drafting/design, GD&T, and BOMs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in task management with engineers and previous supervision or management experience. Responsibilities + Manage and oversee engineering schedules and timelines. + Communicate efficiently with the production team to ensure smooth operations. + Verify and ensure compliance with design requirements. + Understand and apply knowledge of drafting/design, GD&T, and BOMs. + Manage tasks and coordinate with engineers to ensure project success. + Supervise a team up to 9-10 engineers, including drafters and designers. + Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities. + Lead design release and project management activities. Essential Skills + Proven experience in design engineering and analysis. + Familiarity with manufacturing processes. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Strong project management skills. + Experience in supervision and holding team members accountable. The company is a small, well-owned, and managed entity that is currently expanding. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of White Oak, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $125000.00/yr. Full Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, etc. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in White Oak,TX.
