Job Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Production Operator role in Salem, OH. The Production Operator will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing and shipping of products, maintaining accurate inventory records, and completing other tasks related to production and logistics. Also working to ensure compliance with the company’s safety policies and procedures and compliance with food safety and manufacturing practices. Pay is based on experience.Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, operate a forklift, and other machinery safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge in the following areas is a plus, though not indispensable:

• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Technical background (technical bachelor’s degree such as Food Technician or Industrial Engineer).
• Warehouse management.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Able to travel abroad for business (meetings & training in HQ-Spain).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics role.
