Assemblers, Kitters and Fabricators, Light
Job Summary
We are currently hiring Assemblers, Kitters, and Fabricators to support a manufacturing operation focused on producing foam seating components. This role involves hands-on production, inspection, and finishing of foam seats while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture foam seats according to production specifications
- Inspect foam seats for defects, quality, and consistency
- Trim excess foam from finished products using hand tools
- Assemble and kit components as required for production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines
- Meet daily production goals and attendance expectations
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to use hand tools for trimming and assembly
- Ability to perform light to moderate physical tasks throughout the shift
