The Housekeeping Team Member plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for hotel guests. This position involves using standard cleaning tools to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s standards for cleanliness and safety. Working primarily during day shifts and weekends, the team member contributes to guest satisfaction and overall hotel operations through effective room preparation and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas using standard cleaning tools
- Prepare rooms for new guests by replenishing supplies and ensuring cleanliness
- Dispose of waste according to hotel guidelines
- Provide courteous and helpful service to guests
- Adhere to safety and hygiene compliance standards
